Tips for sublimation - Settings may vary depending on your equipment.

• Mug press (temps will vary) 360 for 120 medium pressure
  Convection oven for 8 minutes at 375-400 rotating half way
• Not dishwasher safe

Can you use these for more than sublimation?
Absolutely, you can personalize these any way you would typically personalize a cup! Vinyl, printable vinyl, uvdtf or epoxy are all great suggestions!
